Brett Keisel

Pittsburgh Steelers | Defensive End

Years at BYU: 1997-2001

Keisel has been one of the most successful former BYU players in the NFL over the past 20 years.

Since 2006, Keisel has been an anchor of the Steelers 3-4 base defense, and has been a key contributor to two Super Bowl victories for Pittsburgh.

From originally going to play Quarterback at BYU to starting as defensive end on one of the NFL’s most successful franchises is quite the story.

Keisel is in a contract year, so this could be a big season for him to extend his NFL career.
