Vaitai had the size and build to be a great offensive lineman but for whatever reason couldn’t seem to pull it together on the field. Perhaps Vaitai shouldn’t be this high on the list, but it seemed like his potential was so clear. During his four years at BYU, he never established himself as a regular starter. For me, it was disappointing to see how Vaitai’s career played because he seemingly had so much potential.
