Fajardo simply racks up yards. Doesn’t that basically sum up Nevada quarterbacks for the past decade?
Fajardo regressed a bit last year compared to his eye-popping sophomore season stats in 2012. The regression was due in large part to Fajardo battling injuries. He missed two games last year (Florida State was one of those) and he still accounted for 3,289 total yards.
On any given Saturday, Fajardo has the ability to throw for 200+ and run for 100+; but can he stay healthy? Nevada has worn him down with how much he has had to carry the team since Collin Kaepernick graduated.
