1. Taysom Hill is a human and came back down to earth last night

Taysom Hill’s passing numbers weren’t bad by the end of the game, (21/34, 200 yards, a touchdown and two picks) but they weren’t where he has been in the previous two games this season. To start off the game, Hill looked very nervous and missed a few throws that he had been making against UConn or Texas. The lesson? He’s still Taysom Hill and not Peyton Manning.

This shouldn’t really come as a surprise to anyone. If you were expecting Hill to throw at a 70% clip all season long then you haven’t watched enough football. Even in a ‘bad game’ Hill put up 200 yards through the air to go along with the 160 he gained on the ground. If those are his bad games, then BYU is in a really good spot.
