BYU football: Five future games to get excited about

No. 3: BYU at Stanford, 2020

This game is a cool one for a number of reasons. Obviously there’s no real way of projecting what the rosters will look like in three years, but Stanford is a recognizable brand in the heart of Pac-12 country.

It’s also significant because of when it’s happening.

When the Cougars travel to Stanford Stadium on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020, it will be their final game of the campaign. Usually, BYU football get a bottom-feeder team that late in the season, but a huge matchup with Stanford late in the year is intense. Maybe both schools are ranked? Maybe it’s got bowl repercussions?

No one knows. But it’s exciting.
