Ula Tolutau

I’m pretty bullish on Tolutau. Previously committed to Wisconsin, the returned LDS missionary ran for nearly 2,500 yards at East High School (UT) as a senior, and will likely factor into the BYU football backfield.

But, he’s going to have to lose some weight.

Running backs coach Reno Mahe told Jay Drew of the Salt Lake Tribune (and the rest of the media) that while Tolutau is listed at 245-pounds, he’s really at 260-pounds.

Still, he moves well and is a force on the field. The coaching staff wants him around his listed weight by fall camp.
