Yoeli Childs: A-

Childs played in 32 games, starting 25 of them. He averaged 25.7 minutes per game.

Childs was one of the brighter spots for the Cougars. After Kyle Davis was lost due to injury, Childs stepped in and played as well as anyone could’ve hoped – if not better.

He averaged 9.4 points per game on 56 percent shooting, while also chipping in 8.4 rebounds per contest. By the end of the year he was finding his mid-range game, and was a pretty good post defender.

Childs also put in an all-time great performance, dropping 23 points and 17 rebounds against San Francisco.
