Kai Nacua

BYU football fans will remember Nacua for his timely interceptions and clutch gene (and maybe for a sucker punch). But at Pro Day, Nacua showed off his all-around athleticism.

Nacua ran a 4.5-second 40-yard dash, posted 15 bench reps, a 39-inch vertical and a 10-foot-7-inch broad jump. Good numbers across the board, but not great numbers.

Still, Nacua’s value comes from his on-field performance. He’s a gamer. Rarely is he in a bad spot on the field. Always feels like he’s in control. The only weakness in his game was his knack for relaxing on run plays. In the NFL, he’ll need to step up on those plays.
