Career Stats: 221 receptions; 2,901 receiving yards; 21 receiving TDs

This might have been the easiest selection on this list. Jonny Harline was great, but Pitta was on another level.

Pitta caught at least one pass in every game during his last three seasons with BYU football. He was consistent, athletic, and easily the cream of the crop when it comes to tight ends at BYU.

Pitta, of course, is still active in the NFL with the Baltimore Ravens.
