Returners with back-up experience

JJ Nwigwe, 6-5/278, Junior.

A former 3-star recruit from Rockwall, TX. Nwigwe has now appeared in 15 games as a Cougar, including significant time as back-up in 12 games last season. Look for Nwigwe to be a key back-up tackle in 2017.

Jacob Jimenez, 6-5/290, Junior.

At one time an Oregon State commit, the 3-star recruit from the class of 2015 de-committed from the Beavers to sign with BYU. He has now appeared in 6 career games for the Cougars and enters his junior year as a strong candidate to compete for a spot in the 2-deep at guard.
