2012

Class of 2012 transfer:

  • Austin Lee (3 stars/#66 S on Scout, 3 stars/5.5 RR on Rivals)

Lee would have moved BYU’s recruiting rankings  slightly. In 2012, Scout ranked the Cougars 60th, while Rivals had them at 61st.

Adding in Lee’s 74 recruiting points on Scout would have bumped BYU up 4 spots to 56th. His 60 added points on Rivals only move the Cougars up two spots to 59th.

Lee played one season for the University of Utah in 2015, and sat out 2016 after announcing his transfer to BYU. He’ll have three years of eligibility for the Cougars.
