Brooks Maile

Position: DE

Measurables: 6-foot-4, 240-pounds

Scout Ranking: Not Ranked

Maile was another player to receive an offer after attending BYU’s summer camp. He put up 63 tackles as a sophomore at Pine View High School (UT).

Blake Freeland

Position: Athlete

Measurables: 6-foot-8, 240-pounds

Scout Ranking: Not Ranked

Freeland was recruited to BYU football as an athlete, but he’s also a big-armed quarterback. Both of his parents were BYU athletes – his father played linebacker and his mother was a hoopster.

Chase Roberts

Position: WR

Measurables: 6-foot-4, 180-pounds

Scout Ranking: 3-Stars

Roberts plays at American Fork High School (UT) and is coming off a 52 catch, 738 yard campaign. He’s planning on serving a mission first, then joining the Cougars in 2021. Even though he’s four or five (or six) seasons from contributing to the Cougars, his size and hands are things to be excited about.
