BYU football: Five freshmen that will make an impact this season

As BYU football’s depth chart currently stands, Bushman is listed as the No. 2 tight end alongside Moroni Laulu-Pututau (behind Tanner Balderree).

When the season is over, I don’t think it’ll break down like that. I’m buying the Matt Bushman hype. I’ve purchased a condo on Matt Bushman Island. I’m nabbing Matt Bushman stock left and right.

I know it was only the spring game. It didn’t matter. He might just be a flash in the pan…

But I don’t believe it. I think he’s legit. He might not be as athletic as MLP, or the blocker that Balderree is, but he’s better than both of them. By season’s end, that shows.
