KJ Hall’s numbers are cut in half – at least

KJ Hall was a fun breakout towards the end of last season.

In the final four weeks of the season, Hall put up 184 yards on 35 carries. This included a huge game against UMass, where he rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown on 5.6 yards per carry.

Unfortunately for Hall, it won’t be that way this season.

Assuming the backfield stays healthier than it did a season ago, Hall simply won’t have the opportunities. BYU football will be feeding Tolutau and Canada.

Not to mention, when it really mattered (like against Wyoming in the Poinsettia Bowl), Hall didn’t get looks. He took just one carry for one yard against the Cowboys.

But, Hall is just a sophomore this season. He still has plenty of time to make an impact (and he will make an impact) for BYU football.
