Things will only get better for BYU football from here. I was laughed at by Ute fans for suggesting BYU is more successful offering big recruits who say no, as opposed to two-star recruits who say yes.

I stand by that. Recruiting is about image. The more top players that have a Y logo in their top schools, the better.

Just look at who was brought in this year. Chaz Ah You and Langi Tuifua were huge gets. Similarly, Tanner McKee and Brandon Kaho would be huge gets this season.

I firmly believe that the Cougars are getting and in the mix for top players like this because of what Sitake and his staff brought to Provo.

As fun as it is for fans, it is even more fun for recruits. This is an exciting time for the Cougars, and it won’t be long before that translates to the field.
