The BYU Women’s Basketball schedule was released on Tuesday, featuring three home games against NCAA Tournament teams from last season.

The West Coast Conference announced half of the BYU Women’s Basketball schedule on Tuesday, so the school went ahead and released the other half as well.

First, the WCC released the conference schedule for all 10 teams. Not long after, the Cougars released their non-conference schedule to make the slate complete.

With both announcements, the schedule looks like this:

The schedule features four games against teams that made the NCAA Tournament last year, and three of those games are at the Marriott Center.

Cal finished fifth in the PAC-12 last season but earned an at-large berth to the tournament. Both Northern Colorado and Gonzaga won their conferences, earning an automatic berth. None of the three teams advanced past the first round.

While men’s basketball has moved to a 16-game conference schedule, the women’s side remains at 18 games. The Cougars will take on each WCC opponent twice during the regular season.

BYU will be a team in transition this year, as they lost three of their key contributors to graduation. This isn’t a daunting schedule, which should be a good thing for a young BYU squad.

With the release of the women’s schedule, the men’s conference schedule shouldn’t be far behind. The men’s non-conference slate is already out, so the conference release will complete the schedules for both BYU Basketball squads.
