Jamaal Williams headlined the former BYU Football players in NFL Week 16, having his best game of the season and scoring a tight-rope touchdown in the win.

J Swag Daddy is back in a big way for Green Bay.

No one has been a bigger beneficiary of the Packers’ coaching change than Jamaal Williams, who has seen more touches under the new coach and made the most of it. He had his best game of the season in Week 16.

The week is in the books, and eight of the nine former BYU Football players on active rosters saw action over the weekend. Four of them are going to be in the playoffs, which starts in two weeks.

Here’s how all nine former Cougars fared in Week 16:

Jamaal Williams (Green Bay Packers)

Williams is proving that he’s more effective when he gets more touches. He had his best game of the year, catching six passes for 61 yards along with 15 rushes for 95 yards and a tight-rope touchdown:

Taysom Hill (New Orleans Saints)

Hill made his first big passing mistake of his NFL career, throwing an interception on a deep ball in New Orleans’ 31-28 win over Pittsburgh. That pick and one other incompletion were the only stats Hill recorded in Week 16.

On the bright side, the Saints clinched home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs with the win.

Fred Warner (San Francisco 49ers)

The 49er defense held Chicago to just 14 points, but the offense could only manage nine.

Warner had a quiet game by his standards, finishing with just four tackles, including being in on a tackle for loss.

Kyle Van Noy (New England Patriots)

New England clinched another AFC East title with a 24-12 win over Buffalo. Like Warner, Van Noy also had a quiet game statistically with just three tackles and a quarterback hit.

Daniel Sorensen (Kansas City Chiefs)

Kansas City fell back into the pack with a 38-31 loss to Seattle on Sunday night. Sorensen had his best game of the year, though, finishing with eight tackles, seven of them solo, and a pass deflection.

The Chiefs can clinch home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs with a win over Oakland in Week 17.

Michael Davis (Los Angeles Chargers)

Davis and the Chargers fell to the Baltimore Ravens 22-10 on Saturday, but they’ve clinched a playoff spot and still have a shot at the AFC West title.

The former Cougar had a productive game in the loss, finishing with three tackles and two pass deflections.

Bronson Kaufusi (New York Jets)

Kaufusi took on former teammate Jamaal Williams in Week 16, and he recorded his first stat of the season with a quarterback hit on Aaron Rodgers.

John Denney (Miami Dolphins)

Denney kept his consectutive-games-played streak alive in Miami’s 17-7 loss to Jacksonville, but the defeat eliminated the Dolphins from playoff contention.

Ezekiel Ansah (Detroit Lions)

Ziggy is on Injured Reserve and out for the rest of the season after re-injuring his shoulder two weeks ago.
