Your Complete Guide to the WCC Tournament
A UMBC Anyone?
Dark Horse:
LMU: The #5 seed that has quietly had their best season at 20-10 since 2011-2012. The Lions if they win their first game will meet up with San Francisco, a team they beat on March 2nd. A great defensive team that hopes to grind you down while slowly putting points up on the board.
Get to the semi-finals as a six seed and history says things start getting weird. After all, 24 teams have made the NCAA Tournament with a .500 losing record or worse.
Another team to keep your eye on will be San Diego, a senior-heavy team that may catch a team sleeping.
Aside from them, Pepperdine, Pacific, Portland and Santa Clara will be in the tournament needing miracle after miracle to even make it to the Championship game, let alone beat Gonzaga.

Gonzaga hopes to continue living their storybook season while one of the Cinderella teams hope that the slipper fits for them. And while it seems impossible for anyone outside of the Zags to win the Tourney remember one thing.
It’s March.
