#1 – Women’s Volleyball… Dominates the entire season.

The Final Four. The BYU Women’s Volleyball team had one of the most dominant seasons in memory. They won 27 consecutive games, were ranked number one overall for weeks, and swept the WCC awards. The team was dominant, and it didn’t end lightly.

The women earned a number one overall seed in the NCAA tournament and won four matches (Stony Brook, Utah, Florida, and Texas) in the tournament, advancing to the Final Four. The women ended up getting swept by Stanford in their Final Four match, but it did not diminish the incredible season they had. The Women’s Volleyball team advancing to the Final Four earns my top spot on team accomplishments this season.

Obviously there is still time for more accomplishments. With volleyball still playing, and baseball and softball, among others, just beginning, there are still plenty of moments to happen. What do you think? Would you put anything else? Change the order? Let us know, and get ready for more amazing Cougar moments to come.
