Best Memory

The Sweet Sixteen – JimmerMania was at peak crazy. BYU had advanced to the Sweet Sixteen for the first time in 30 years. National Player of the year Jimmer Fredette leading the team to take on the Florida Gators of the SEC. Hopes were high as many BYU fans say this as the best chance the Cougs had to make a deep run. Unfortunately, Florida won the game in overtime and dashed the hopes of Rose and the Cougars. While the result is one of sadness and possibly regret with thoughts of, “what if Brandon Davies had been playing,” for that one shining moment BYU was playing under bright lights and performing the best that they could.

Honorable Mentions: Highest winning percentage ever at BYU, top ten national winning percentage, taking down No. 1 Gonzaga 2017, winning four Mountain West Conference Championships.
