BYU Basketball: What is next for Jimmer Fredette?
By Adam Gibby
3. Coach/Mentor to future NBA hopefuls
This is the third most likely option because it would keep Fredette home and it would provide a kind of income that would provide for his family. It is no secret that Jimmer has a huge following, we saw that a week ago when he returned to Salt Lake City. Already with his charity in Utah, Fredette could open some kind of basketball training/coaching business in the state and be able to charge whatever he wants and get away with it.
Another option would to do what Max Hall does with a lot of area quarterbacks in holding summer camps for players hoping to improve their game and make it in the NBA. Players pay big money to be trained by the best, and love his game or not, nobody can deny that Fredette has one of the best shots to play the game.
