BYU Football Countdown: Player 70 – Walk-on winner

BYU Football will begin in 70 days, or exactly ten weeks from today.
10 weeks! 10 weeks separate us and BYU Football. Today is also the last day in the 70’s. Believe it or not it is starting to get close! Sort of. Not really, but starting tomorrow we are in single digit weeks which will be nice.
A good way to think about it is basketball free throw shooters. If a player is at 70% or better, generally you expect them to make both free throws. Anything 69% worse and for some reason we are shocked when even one goes in. We are about to break that barrier tomorrow and hopefully it will mentally have some kind of effect like that on us.
Yesterday, it was announced that former walk-on receiver Dax Milne would be awarded a scholarship and was names a receiver that “could have a breakout year”. Today’s player on the countdown is a player that Milne is going to try to copy and even do better than.
