We are less than one full month away from the start of BYU Football.

Today is the day that players will be given their equipment for the season. Although to this point there hasn’t been anything drastic released this was put out by BYU Twitter.

The one thing that seems to stick out is the blue pants with white stripes. While I can’t say this as a definite, it appears that there will be AT LEAST four different uniform combinations this season, with the all blues once again being part of the uniform.

What we don’t see in this is black uniforms and the anticipated white uniforms with royal pants. We will probably find out more today about what uniforms will be used for which games.

Today’s player in the countdown features a tight end that was a key player when Royal first came back for BYU in the mid/late 2000’s.
