No. 10 Utah State

There could be an argument made to have Utah State ranked higher due to it being an in-state rival. That being said, if BYU doesn’t win this game by 25 points, they can just take the wagon wheel back to Logan.

Utah State is a mess right now. After having some interesting comments made towards the end of the season by campus administrators, this team looks like it is honestly headed towards a 2-10 season. There aren’t very many proven play makers, the coach is new, and honestly there just isn’t a lot of excitement or positive momentum going into this season for the Aggies. It appears as if the Aggies hit their peak in the early to mid 2010’s and have sense returned to being the clear third (fourth?) best team in the state.

With four other “rivalry” feel games on the schedule (Utah, Boise State, Virginia and USC) Utah State almost feels like a BYU vs UVU basketball game.
