Conclusion
BYU should definitely be considered a Power Five team. With an exception to the SEC, BYU Football would likely finish in the top half of every single conference in the nation and win three if not four of the G5 conferences.
The Cougars have the tradition, history, talent, facilities and fan base to be considered a solid Power Five program, but until they get invited to a P5 or join the AAC and become a P6, the Cougars will probably never be recognized nationally as the kind of team that they really are.
What do you think? Where would BYU finish in every conference? Let us know in the comments.
