Tight Ends

Tight Ends: Isaac Rex, Dallin Holker, Masen Wake

The tight end room has the potential to make or break the season this year for BYU Football. Being 100% honest, there is almost no way that Isaac Rex will be as efficient as last season where had a touchdown catch on 12 of his 37 catches. Realistically, if Rex could pull in five touchdowns on 40 catches, that would still be a great ratio.

Dallin Holker and Masen Wake add an interesting dynamic to this position as both are good blockers and effective in the open field with the ball.

This position may have to take on a bigger role if injuries stack up in the receiver room with even the possibility of Holker maybe playing receiver if enough guys get injured. In other words, this position is going to be very important this year, and I expect all three guys to see the field quite often.
