2030-2035

From 2030 on the Cougars have no more than two games schedule outside of Boise State which of course would be a Big 12 conference game. Due to this, BYU Football likely plays one or two Power Five teams, brings back Utah State more regularly, and plays another G5 game somewhere. In the years that BYU already has two more P5 teams on their schedule, they likely don’t play Utah (2030 and 2035), but does play them in the other years.

While there is no doubt that the years from 2022-2029 would have been really tough for the Cougars, the 2030’s will be a window of opportunity for them to really excel and become a national powerhouse with a schedule that is much more manageable. d
