Conclusion

Do I think BYU Football is going to win this game? Yes, absolutely. Do I think they will win by 10+? I’m not as sure on that one. The Cougars are the better team and if things go how they should, BYU will start off the season 1-0 for the fifth time in Sitake’s six season openers.

The bottom line is BYU is favored to win this game by more that ten points. This team is more experienced, proven and talented. Anything less than a win would be a huge upset and would set the narrative that 2020 was a fluke, especially given the schedule.

That being said, if things are closer than they are currently being predicted as, or if BYU has to have a second half comeback, you saw it here first as to why that may be.
