BYU Football will try to start off 6-0 for the second season in a row.

BYU Football has an opportunity to potentially be ranked higher than they have been ranked in the AP poll since the 1990’s this weekend if they can beat Boise State. Granted, a few teams ahead of them would have to lose, but it is a possibility that the Cougars could jump Oklahoma if they lose to Texas, Michigan who is on a BYE, and an outside shot of passing the loser of Iowa vs Penn State.

But can BYU take down the Broncos?

In many ways, this game is mirroring the 2019 matchup when BYU came in with a losing record and Boise State was undefeated and had New Year Six aspirations. We all know the story how the Cougars came in with a third string quarterback and shocked the Broncos. This week, Boise State is hoping to flip that script.

Fortunately for BYU, the Cougars and Bronco matchup seems to heavily favor BYU. Here is the complete prediction.
