4. Win the Pac 12

Can BYU Football actually win and play for the Pac 12 championship? No of course not. But it would be pretty funny if at the end of the season BYU can say that they beat the top three teams in the Pac 12 South and the second or third best team in the Pac 12 North.

While again this wouldn’t carry a ton of weight nationally, locally this would be a really fun conversation to have, and if BYU does in fact end up going 5-0 against the Pac 12, people will talk about it nationally, especially considering that the Cougars are playing USC in their final game, one week before the Pac 12 Championship game.

Honestly, just think how validating it will be to BYU fans when the Pac 12 Championship broadcast is talking about a 7-2 Oregon or Utah playing and then makes a snark remark about how BYU was actually the team that should be playing in the game. We all know it would happen.
