Michigan and Michigan State

Alright Michigan it is time to do your thing. Historically, or at least in the last decade, Michigan has been a streaky team. Following last week’s loss to little brother Michigan State, I can see a real scenario where the Wolverines go on to drop two more games against Penn State and of course Ohio State. A three loss Michigan, especially with three losses all on the back end of the schedule would drop them below BYU in the rankings.

Michigan State also has to play Ohio State and Penn State. Although I am not sure that losing those two games would be enough to drop them out of the Top 12, it could get close. In all likelihood however, Michigan State is probably a lock at this point for a NY6, barring of course a surprising loss to Purdue this weekend.
