6.  Frisco Bowl – UTSA vs San Diego State

Time and Channel: December 23rd, 3:30 PM EST on ESPN

UTSA had a perfect season in their grasp until they let up early against Southern Alabama. San Diego State also was off to a great season with a 11-1 overall record including a win over Utah until they were upset in the Mountain West Conference Championship.

Both of these teams are playing to be a top three G5 team next season, but it feels like the loser of this game will be in a much tougher position with them losing two of their last three games. This game is the G5 vs G5 game this bowl season .
