Differences in Approach

Kalani Sitake has been anything but consistent with Spring Football. There have been some years where he lets players hit each other and others where fulls pads are rarely used. Some years practice is pretty open to the public and others it is tough to get inside to see the Spring game. One season Sitake was very open to answering questions about the quarterbacks, and other years it would be informative to ask a five year old to get information out.

While I don’t agree or disagree with any of the approaches that Sitake has taken, seeing the approach that he takes this year can tell us a lot about where he feels the team is. If he is very open, my prediction would be that he is confident about where the team is. If not, perhaps there are a lot of questions about who will be playing/depth.
