BYU Football: Power Ranking 2022 opponents

BYU Football will finish out Independence with a schedule that is very top heavy.

BYU Football will face an unprecedented nine teams who were bowl eligible in 2021 this upcoming season. Included in that group are two conference champions and three teams who finished with 10+ wins.

Even the easier looking games like USF are starting to look difficult with the Bulls returning the third most production in the nation and adding transfers who will likely make them bowl eligible in 2022.

Throughout the summer this list may change, but going into the summer here are the Power Rankings of BYU’s opponents taking into account the location and when the game falls on the schedule.

The fact that a Pac 12 team is the third least intriguing game says a lot. This schedule is looking stacked and is could be one of the most entertaining seasons every week in BYU Football history. While I believe that Wyoming will take a step back and miss a bowl game, I really believe that there is a real chance that by the end of the season, the top ten teams on this list will all be playing in the post season.
