5 Best Hidden NFL Draft gems since 2000 in BYU football history
Yes, Puka Nacua has only been in the league for one year, but his one year in the league was amazing. He does need to continue these stats in years to come to cement himself in the NFL, but what he did in his first year were things no rookie has done in a long time.
In his first season, Nacua posted an impressive 1,486 yards and six touchdowns on 105 receptions. Nacua broke the single-season receiving and receptions record by a rookie in the Rams games against the Niners late in the season.
Nacua came in second in Offensive Rookie of the Year voting behind CJ Stroud, was an All-Pro Second Team selection, and was voted to the Pro Bowl. Nacua needs to show he can do this consistently in the league, but his first year definitely drew attention.
