Baylor

BYU is projected to lose this game according to many sources including ESPN FPI. Despite this, the Cougars are going to win this game. While Baylor will certainly be a better team in years to come, this is going to be another building year for the Bears.

While this game will be a lot closer than fans may want to think it should be (I’m expecting Baylor to be 3-3 at this point) the Cougars will be able to get the win in part because of the defense being able to adjust to the Jeff Grimes offense that Baylor will be running.

This game will be weird because both offensive coordinators will be very familiar with each others systems so don’t be shocked if all if there isn’t a lot going on after halftime.

Prediction BYU 32 Baylor 28

Record: 6-1

Ranking Range: 15-19
