I hope you haven't been pinching pennies to watch BYU football's biggest games this upcoming season, because it'll cost you an arm and a leg (plus other miscellaneous appendages) to get through the gates of the stadium in 2026.
Following two consecutive seasons of 11+ wins, a bigger payday for Kalani Sitake and his staff, and with the increasing demand for big-budget NIL considerations, everyone knew that watching a BYU football game wouldn't be cheap. But when the Cougars are making multiple appearances on a list of most expensive games to get into, you know that finding a ticket at a reasonable price could be a virtually impossible task.
Using data from SeatGeek, College Football Report dug around and found the most expensive games to buy a ticket for, with the baseline ticket price as the measuring line.
If you want to buy a ticket to BYU's road battle with rival Utah in a Rice-Eccles Stadium-set Holy War, it's going to set you back at least $530.
To get a view of BYU's home clash with Notre Dame -- a regular season battle between potential College Football Playoff entrants -- that ticket will ding you for at least $468.

Texas dominates the top of this list, with the Longhorns prominently featured in the three most expensive games of the year (against Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Ohio State).
BYU's priciest games are the fifth and sixth most expensive seats on the year. More and more the case with every passing year, BYU football is a big draw.
Considering the fact that BYU football not only led the Big 12 Conference in attendance last season, but will also host the sixth most expensive game of the year, the case for seating expansion at LaVell Edwards Stadium is stronger than ever.
Now, these ticket prices are obviously subject to change, and this list may look drastically different once the season actually begins, but as it stands, college football fandom is becoming increasingly unaffordable with every passing year. Hopefully Cougar Nation can still sell out the stadium when the Fighting Irish come to town.
