What a finish, Cougar Nation. BYU Football found another bit of magic, this time with an Isaiah Glasker interception. BYU fell behind 14-0 early, but did not give up. BYU came alive after sacking Colorado quarterback Kaidon Salter and scored seventeen straight. The Cougars were resilient and kept fighting in the face of their first deficit of the season.
BYU started slow, allowing Colorado to score a touchdown on their opening drive. BYU went for it on fourth down on their first drive and didn't get it, giving the ball to Colorado without any points on the board. Colorado drove right back down the field and scored another touchdown. BYU sustained a good drive, but had to settle for a field goal.
BYU would then allow another solid Colorado drive to start before a few big hits and two sacks derailed Colorado. BYU would then receive a punt and score a touchdown. After the scoring drive, BYU's Isaiah Glasker dropped an interception that would have been a pick-six. BYU entered the halftime break down 14-10.

BYU would get the ball back and start the second half, but stall and punt. Colorado would punt the ball right back, and Bear Bachmeier would find Chase Roberts for a four-yard score. Colorado answered, and soon, BYU found themselves trailing 21-17 late. The Cougars would put together another touchdown drive, capping it off with a 32-yard rush by Cody Hagen. BYU would get the ball back a couple more times, but miscues forced a missed field goal and a punt.
BYU was looking like they were going to break as Colorado drove down the field to try and win the game. Colorado had momentum, and the home crowd was behind them. Jack Kelly was the QB spy, and pressured Salter and forced a bad throw, which was intercepted by Isaiah Glasker to seal the deal. BYU would run the rest of the clock down and secure the win to stay undefeated.

Three takeaways from BYU's win over Colorado
1. The offense does have what it takes: BYU's offense, while quieter than usual, was strong and efficient. Bachmeier did not turn the ball over and threw for two touchdowns, making smart decisions most of the game. BYU also had 387 total yards of offense.
2. Isaiah Glasker and Jack Kelly are a dangerous combo: Glasker and Kelly were efficient and played physically. Both players contributed to Colorado's mistakes, and both players had a hand in the game-sealing interception.
3. BYU is ready for the Big 12 defensively: BYU's defense was strong tonight. The Cougars forced mistakes, applied pressure, and secured a turnover that ultimately proved to be the nail in the coffin. BYU is good, and the defense could carry them all the way.
BYU proved to be a capable team, and this was a great win. They'll look to improve and learn from the slow start. The Cougars were great today, and it was a fun game. It is up to BYU at this point, and they can be good.
