The pipeline from Provo to the pros is strong, with 17 former BYU Cougars currently on NFL rosters. Here's how each of them performed in Week 3.
Tyler Allgeier, RB, Atlanta Falcons
Stats: 1 rush, 4 yards; 2 receptions, 1 yard
What a joke. Allgeier is a 1,000-plus yard back and the Falcons give him three measly touches? No wonder they got obliterated 30-0 by the lowly Panthers. Allgeier deserves 10+ touches per week, period.

Zayne Anderson, S, Green Bay Packers
Stats: 2 tackles; 13 special teams snaps, 2 special teams snaps
After suffering a preseason injury, Zayne Anderson finally made his 2025 debut. The fifth-year pro played exclusively on special teams and recorded two tackles, one on a kickoff and another in punt coverage.
Chris Brooks, RB, Green Bay Packers
Stats: 1 tackle; 8 offensive snaps, 12 special teams snaps
For the first time this season, Chris Brooks didn't touch the ball. While he did play eight offensive snaps, he wasn't featured in the offense. The third year pro did, however, make a special teams tackle.
Brady Christensen, OL, Carolina Panthers
Stats: Appeared in the game
Even with the Panthers losing two starting offensive linemen last week, Brady Christensen still isn't starting for the Panthers. The fifth-year veteran did appear in the game in a limited role as the Panthers cruised to a 30-0 win over the Atlanta Falcons.

Puka Nacua, WR, Los Angeles Rams
Stats: 11 receptions, 112 yards; 1 rush, 6 yards
Another week, another dominant Puka Nacua performance. In a gut-wrenching 26-33 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Puka was targeted 15 times and came down with 11 receptions for 112 yards. Through three games he already has 29 receptions for for 333 yards, plus another 52 yards rushing. GOAT.
Ryan Rehkow, P, Cincinnati Benglas
Stats: 6 punts, 54.7 yard average, long of 70 yards
Through two games coming into this week, Ryan Rehkow ranked second in the NFL with a 53.6 yard average. With six more punts in Week 3 with a 54.7 yard average, his result on the year is going to tick up just a little bit more. His 70 yard long on the day was an absolute bomb!
Kingsley Suamataia, OG, Kansas City Chiefs
Stats: Started at left guard
For the third straight week, Kingsley started at left guard for the Chiefs and played well. Kansas City got a much-needed win on Sunday Night Football against the New York Giants to get to 1-2 on the season, and Suamataia did his part. The position change from tackle to guard this season is paying major dividends for the former BYU star.

Khyiris Tonga, DT, New England Patriots
Stats: Appeared in game, no stats
The fifth-year pro appeared in the game for the Patriots but didn't record any stats. Through three games in New England this year he has three tackles at the nose tackle position.
Fred Warner, LB, San Francisco 49ers
Stats: 11 tackles, 2 passes defended
The 49ers picked up a huge 16-15 win against the Arizona Cardinals, thanks in large part to San Francisco's defense. And, once again, the D was led by Fred Warner. The former BYU superstar led the team with 11 tackles plus two passes defended. Through three games he has 30 tackles, putting him on pace for 170 this year.
