BYU Players in the NFL: Puka Nacua proved once again that he's the NFL's best wide receiver in Week 14

Puka Nacua went nuts for the Rams as one of 18 former BYU Cougars currently on NFL rosters.

The pipeline from Provo to the pros is strong, with 18 former BYU Cougars currently on NFL rosters. Here's how each of them performed in Week 14.

Tyler Allgeier, RB, Atlanta Falcons

Stats: 11 rushes, 34 yards; 2 receptions 33 yards

The 4-9 Atlanta Falcons got their doors blown off by the Seattle Seahawks this week, but at least Tyler Allgeier is actually touching the ball now, even if many of his 11 carries came in garbage time. The fourth-year stud is in the last season of his rookie contract and I can't wait for him to sign as a lead back somewhere else next year. On the season he has rushed for 378 yards with eight touchdowns.

Zayne Anderson, S, Green Bay Packers

Stats: 1 tackle

Zayne Anderson played his part on special teams in the Packers thrilling 28-21 win over the Chicago Bears. He came up with yet another special teams tackle, giving him 11 tackles and two fumble recoveries through 11 games this year.

Tyler Batty, DE, Minnesota Vikings

Stats: No stats recorded

The undrafted rookie saw the field in the Vikings 31-0 demolition of the Washington Commanders, but he didn't record any stats this week. Batty has seven tackles over eight games in his rookie season.

Chris Brooks, RB, Green Bay Packers

Stats: 1 reception, 6 yards

The third-year back continues to play his role as a third down specialist in passing situations for the Packers offense. He caught one more pass this week, giving him 11 receptions for 74 yards on the season. He also has 31 rushing yards plus 10 special teams tackles as he simply contributes where needed.

Michael Davis, CB, New Orleans Saints

Stats: 1 tackle

The ninth-year pro continues to play a limited role with the Saints, mostly playing some special teams as 3-10 New Orleans just plays out the string at this point. Davis did record a tackle this week, giving him three tackles through eight games this year.

Taysom Hill, TE, New Orleans Saints

Stats: 2 carries, -1 yard; 1 tackle

Oh, Taysom. I don't know if he's lost two steps after coming back from an ACL injury or if the Saints offense and game plans are just that bad, but it has been a rough year for Hill. He now has 70 yards on 35 carries this season, averaging just two yards per attempt.

Puka Nacua, WR, Los Angeles Rams

Stats: 7 receptions, 167 yards, 2 TDs

Simply put, when Puka Nacua is healthy he's the NFL's best wide receiver. His connection with quarterback Matthew Stafford is incredible. The Rams destroyed the Arizona Cardinals this week thanks in large part to Puka's utter domination and two scores. With 93 receptions for 1,186 yards in 12 games this year, Puka will be in consideration for an All-Pro selection.

Ryan Rehkow, P, Cincinnati Bengals

Stats: 2 punts, 39.5 yard average, 57 yard long

Rehkow entered this week still leading the NFL in punting with an average of 52.3 yards per attempt. His two punts this week were 57 yards and 22 yards, which will hurt his average. The second-year punter should be in serious consideration for a Pro Bowl nod this year.

Kingsley Suamataia, OG, Kansas City Chiefs

Stats: Started game

Kingsley was featured on Sunday Night Football as Kansas City's entrenched starting left guard. The second-year pro is currently ranked as the No. 32 guard in the NFL by PFF.

Kyle Van Noy, OLB, Baltimore Ravens

Stats: 2 tackles, 1 pass defended

The Ravens lost a heartbreaker to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore didn't feature Kyle Van Noy as much as they normally do. His snaps seemed to be limited this week to almost guaranteed passing downs yet Van Noy still did his part with two tackles and a pass defended.
