The pipeline from Provo to the pros is strong, with 18 former BYU Cougars currently on NFL rosters. Here's how each of them performed in Week 9.
Tyler Allgeier, RB, Atlanta Falcons
Stats: 2 rushes, 6 yards
I’m officially starting a Kickstarter campaign to get Tyler Allgeier out of Atlanta. The dude should be a 1,000 yard leading back somewhere in the NFL, and instead he’s getting two carries in a Week 9 loss for the Falcons? Ridiculous.

Zayne Anderson, S, Green Bay Packers
Stats: 1 tackle, 10 special teams snaps
Zayne continues to be Mr. Reliable for the Packers special teams. He recorded another special teams tackle last week giving him five tackles in six games this season.
Tyler Batty, DE, Minnesota Vikings
Stats: 1 tackle, 26 special teams snaps
The rookie played 26 special teams snaps in his third NFL game this past week, and registered one special team‘s tackle. He didn’t get any run with the defense like he has weeks, but it’s still outstanding for an undrafted rookie to not only have made the 53 roster, but to be on the field each game. He now has five tackles in three games.
Chris Brooks, RB, Green Bay Packers
Stats: 2 receptions, 24 yards; 11 offensive snaps, 9 special teams snaps
While the Packers lost a tough home game against the Carolina Panthers this past week, Chris Brooks continued to see his role, expand with Green Bay’s offense. He caught two passes out of the backfield for 24 yards in Week 9. two rushes for two yards on the season to go with seven receptions for 54.

Michael Davis, CB, New Orleans Saints
Stats: No stats, 9 special teams snaps
The veteran cornerback who joined the Saints several games into the season is still only playing limited special snaps. With New Orleans, losing so much this year, it’s tough to imagine them investing many defensive snaps in a veteran on a contract like Michael Davis. Hopefully he gets some more opportunity soon.
Taysom Hill, TE, New Orleans Saints
Stats: 4 rushes, 30 yards; 0-of-1 passing
We finally saw a flash of the dominant Taysom Hill in this one when he broke off a 29 yard scamper. It has been a slow start to the season as the veteran continues to work his way back into shape under a new coaching staff after tearing his ACL last season.

Puka Nacua, WR, Los Angeles Rams
Stats: 7 receptions, 95 yards, 1 TD; 1 rush, 3 yards
Another week, another NFL record for Puka Nacua. His 239 receptions through 35 career games are the most in league history to begin a career. He also reeled in a spectacular touchdown in Week 9.

Ryan Rehkow, P, Cincinnati Bengals
Stats: 1 punt, 53 yards, 1 inside the 20
Te second year punter continues to be one of the NFL’s best at his position this year. He only had one punt in Week 9 but made the most of it with a 53-yarder that ended up inside the 20 yard line.
Kingsley Suamataia, OG, Kansas City Chiefs
Stats: Started at left guard
The second-year starter continues to play well as the Chiefs starting left guard. PFF ranks him as the No. 35 of 82 guards in the NFL.
Khyiris Tonga, DT, New England Patriots
Stats: 2 tackles
Te fifth-ywar pro continues to excel with the Patriots this year, racking up two more tackles in Week 9. has 16 games on the season.

Kyle Van Noy, OLB, Baltimore Ravens
Stats: 1 tackle, 1 tackle for loss
The standout veteran had another relatively quiet game, at least for his high standards. Through six games this year Van Noy has nine tackles, four quarterback hits, three tackles for loss, and just one sack. While he continues to be a key part of the Ravens defense, he’s not getting to the quarterback like he did last year when he had 12.5 sacks and made the Pro Bowl.
