Here’s the Week 2 summary of former BYU Cougars in the NFL. Players are ranked based on their year-to-date performance.
No. 1 - Fred Warner, LB, San Francisco 49ers
Stats: 5 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 0.5 sacks
The 49ers destroyed the Dolphins this week which allowed Fred Warner to take his foot off the gas pedal a bit this week. But even in a game in which his team led 35-6 through three quarters, the All-Pro linebacker still racked up five tackles and half a sack.
No. 2 - Puka Nacua, WR, Los Angeles Rams
Stats: Plays on Monday Night Football this week
Puka hasn't played yet this week as the Rams are part of a Monday Night Football tilt, and it will be a joy for BYU fans to watch him dominate as per usual.
No. 3 - Tyler Allgeier, RB, Arizona Cardinals
Stats: 5 rushes, 10 yards; 2 receptions, 9 yards
The Cardinals' offense was abysmal in a 31-7 loss to the Seahawks, and Tyler Allgeier wasn't the only Arizona player to be stymied. It was a rough week for Tyler after he put up 70 scrimmage yards a week ago.
No. 4 - Khyiris Tonga, DT, Kansas City Chiefs
Stats: 1 carry, 3 yards
Yes, that stat line is correct. Khyiris Tonga, a 335-pound defensive tackle, played on defense throughout the Chief's thrilling overtime win on Sunday Night Football but didn't record any tackles. Instead, his name appeared in the box score after taking a fourth-and-1 handoff for three yards and a first down. Tonga has repeatedly been used as a blocker in jumbo packages on offense, but this was his first career carry.
He also ran a receiving route at one point on a play action pass near the end zone, but he was blanketed by a defender to prevent what would have been a legendary fat man touchdown.

No. 5 - Kingsley Suamataia, OG, Kansas City Chiefs
Stats: Started at guard
It wasn't the cleanest of games for the third-year pro on Sunday Night Football. He was flagged for at least one hold and may have given up a sack as the Chiefs narrowly escaped with a win in overtime. PFF didn't love what he did in Week 1 after giving him a 49.5 grade which ranks 57th of 88 guards, so it has been a somewhat rocky start for Kingsley.
No. 6 - Chris Brooks, RB, Green Bay Packers
Stats: 4 carries, 11 yards; 1 reception, 15 yards
The fourth-year pro continues to have a steady rotational role in Green Bay. He contributed 26 scrimmage yards on five touches this week and now has 40 rushing yards through two games.
No. 7 - Zayne Anderson, S, Miami Dolphins
Stats: 2 tackles
Now in his sixth NFL season, Anderson drew a start in Week 1 and delivered with five tackles. He didn't start in this one but still registered two tackles in the Dolphins' Week 2 loss.
No. 8 - Ryan Rehkow, P, Cincinnati Bengals
Stats: 8 punts, 43.1 yard average, 4 inside the 20, 59-yard long
Ryan Rehkow deserves overtime pay from the Bengals after launching eight punts in Week 2 win over the Texans. While his 43.3 yard per punt average is noticeably below his norms, he put three of those punts inside the 20 yard line and had a long of 59 yards.
No. 9 - Kyle Van Noy, DE, Minnesota Vikings
Stats: 1 tackle, 1 tackle for loss
The Vikings beat the Bears in a 9-3 slobberknocker of a defensive brawl. Veteran Kyle Van Noy did his part for Minnesota with one tackle for a two-yard loss.
No. 10 - Carsen Ryan, TE, Cleveland Browns
Stats: No stats recorded
The seventh-round rookie saw some limited action in the Browns' shocking Week 2 victory on the road against the Buccaneers. He didn't record any stats this week after recording two special teams snaps the week before.
No. 11 - Jack Kelly, LB, New York Giants
Stats: Plays on Monday Night Football this week
The sixth-round rookie saw his first NFL action last week but didn't record any tackles. This week he plays on Monday Night Football and BYU fans will be rooting for him to get his first career tackle.
No. 12 - Zach Wilson, QB, New Orleans Saints
Stats: Did not play
Wilson is on the Saints roster as a backup quarterback but wasn't active in Week 2.
