Todd Christensen had the best BYU alum career in the NFL that your kids have never heard of. His career at BYU was excellent, and his ability was clear from the birth of his career. Christensen started the first game of his freshman season, which is a rare accomplishment at BYU. He received first-team All-WAC honors in his senior season

Selected in the second round by the Dallas Cowboys, but moved to the New York Giants before playing in Dallas, Christensen settled into a role with the Raiders, where his excellent pro career took off. With Los Angeles/Oakland, Christensen tallied 5 seasons of over 1,000 receiving yards.

A two-time Super Bowl Champion and rocker of an outstanding mustache, Christensen won two receiving titles with the Raiders and has been the topic of recent discourse resurfacing in regards to whether Christensen is deserving of a Hall of Fame nod. While inclusion at this point is unlikely, his excellent NFL career is undeniable.
